BOLOUR has hired DaJuan Bennett as Vice President of Acquisitions and Private Lending, charged with leading the company’s equity and debt platforms, and overseeing the sourcing, structuring and execution of real estate investments across a range of asset types. In his new role, DaJuan drives borrower and broker relationships, credit underwriting and portfolio strategy, while scaling the firm’s equity and debt operations.
Before joining BOLOUR, DaJuan was Vice President at Calmwater Capital, where he originated and underwrote over $1 billion in bridge loans nationwide. He also held investment roles at CBRE Investment Management, Irvine Company and LACERA. DaJuan began his career at Accenture as a management consultant, advising Fortune 500 clients on operations, process and strategy.
DaJuan earned a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from Howard University and an MBA from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management. He was named a 2023 CREFC Top 20 Under 40 and is active in ULI, NAIOP and several nonprofit boards.
