BOLOUR ADDS DAVID STAHL AS LEADER, DEVELOPMENT & CONSTRUCTION
BOLOUR has hired David Stahl as a leader in its Development and Construction division, responsible for directing and integrating all BOLOUR real estate development, construction, tenant improvement and capital project activities across a sophisticated commercial real estate portfolio.
This includes serving as the single point of accountability for project scope, schedule, budget and execution, as well as coordinating internal development and project management teams, and external consultants.
With a real estate career spanning more than a decade, David previously served as Development Manager for Southland Development Company, Asset Manager for Westminster Capital Group and Project Manager for Goveia Commercial Real Estate. There, he built a highly diverse skillset spanning operations, acquisitions and financial analysis, helping to optimize ROI through market analysis, strategic planning and whole-project collaboration.
David earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Rutgers University – Camden and an associate degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Atlantic Cape Community College.
