BOLOUR is pleased to welcome Jonathan Azarkman to the role of In-House Real Estate Attorney. In this position, Jonathan tracks the legal considerations of all BOLOUR real estate transactions, including drafting and advising on all legal documents related to acquisitions, dispositions and leases, coordinating with external counsel, and acting as the company’s main legal liaison through deal execution.
Jonathan contributes a broad understanding of real estate and business law including transactions, investments and negotiations. At BOLOUR, he will apply these skills to create sound, value-add outcomes for the company, its clients and partners.
Prior to joining BOLOUR, Jonathan served as a Corporate and Real Estate Associate for Glaser Weil Fink Howard Avchen & Shapiro LLP where he represented a wide variety of clients and managed transactions valued at over $1 billion. Jonathan holds a bachelor’s degree in Policy, Planning and Development from the University of Southern California and a Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School, graduating with honors from the Corporate Concentration program.
