BOLOUR has expanded its debt team, welcoming Tyler Maghen as our newest Analyst. Tyler is responsible for evaluating debt opportunities, assisting with due diligence and deal underwriting. Tyler’s background includes acquisitions, development, asset management and the financial analysis of a wide range of product types.
Tyler graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of California, Los Angeles, with a bachelor’s degree in History. At UCLA, Tyler was an active member of the Bruin Real Estate Association and regularly engaged in its weekly meetings and case competitions. As a Los Angeles native, Tyler is an avid basketball fan and enjoys watching his favorite team, the Los Angeles Lakers.
