Bolour hires inaugural Analyst class

BOLOUR has hired its inaugural Analyst class, adding Daniel Gerber and Julia Goodson, and doubling the company’s Analyst pool. As Analysts, Daniel and Julia are responsible for the evaluation of incoming opportunities, preliminary due diligence and deal underwriting. They will support the continued growth of BOLOUR’s debt and equity platforms.

Daniel’s experience includes venture capital technology and sourcing, mergers and acquisitions, construction investment and development software, and property operations. He graduated Magna Cum Laude with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business and a minor in Real Estate Development from the University’s Price School of Public Policy.

Julia’s early exposure to the real estate industry, stemming from her family background, has been a defining aspect of her career. Her background includes entitlement and development, asset management, leasing and financial analysis, property management, and property marketing across commercial and residential real estate, within various primary markets. Julia graduated from the University of Southern California with a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Development and a minor in Business Finance. She is an active member of the Urban Land Institute.
