Brings in-demand housing options to popular Echo Park neighborhood

Los Angeles – (June 19, 2024) — Privately-owned real estate investment, development and finance company Bolour Associates Inc. (BOLOUR) has secured the entitlements to build a new six-story, for-rent residential apartment building at 1330 W. Sunset Blvd. in Los Angeles.

At completion, the building will include 86 studio, one- and two-bedroom apartment units. It will also provide a fitness center, open-air courtyard, rooftop amenity deck with seating areas and barbeques, and grade-level and subterranean parking.

Located at the intersection of Sunset Boulevard and Vin Scully Avenue in the popular Los Angeles neighborhood of Echo Park, the building will sit within walking distance to Dodger Stadium and only one-half mile from the confluence of U.S. 101/Hollywood Freeway and State Route 110.

“This project continues BOLOUR’s efforts to bring high-quality, centrally located housing to the Los Angeles market,” said BOLOUR CEO Mark Bolour. “We’ve been working toward this benchmark since we purchased the site in 2021, and we are excited to reach the next stage in bringing this community to fruition.”
