Gavin joined our active and growing Acquisitions team in 2025, responsible for analyzing prospective transactions, supporting underwriting efforts and assisting with the due diligence processes.
His career includes roles at Link Logistics and the County of Orange, where he contributed to company and client growth through the development and deployment of sound financial and operational solutions. This included assisting with the entitlement process for industrial properties across Southern California, drafting pre-closing documents, and using modern applications to automate lease processing documents and centralize company metrics through dynamic visuals.
Gavin earned a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics at the University of Wisconsin–Madison, with coursework in Real Estate Finance, Law, Valuation, ARGUS modeling and Investment Analysis.
