BOLOUR is pleased to announce the addition of Hayk Muradyan as Debt Origination Associate. Hayk is responsible for originating, underwriting, structuring and negotiating deals as well as maintaining and sourcing new relationships within BOLOUR’s growing lending platform.
Hayk previously worked as an Acquisitions Associate at a family office, where he was involved in land acquisition, entitlement and development projects for residential and commercial use. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of California Los Angeles and a master’s degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California.
