In this role, Richard evaluates incoming lending opportunities, assists with preliminary due diligence and deal underwriting, and conducts and shares research to ensure the Bolour team is abreast of the latest market data and trends.
Richard’s industry experience includes serving as a California Licensed Realtor and as an Assistant Property Manager, overseeing a portfolio of more than 10 commercial properties including multifamily, retail and industrial space.
Richard graduated with honors, receiving a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business.
