BOLOUR has hired industry veteran Tris Morris as Director of Properties and Projects, bringing over 26 years of experience in Class A office, medical and industrial facility asset and property management. At Bolour, Tris oversees an active portfolio of investments, particularly within transit-oriented neighborhoods where creative approaches can be employed to maximize opportunities for value-add assets. He is responsible for maintaining strong tenant relationships, overseeing budgeting and cash flow, and guiding building management processes to safeguard the long-term success of all Bolour assets.
Across his career, Tris has served in positions ranging from property and facility management to senior-level asset management, most recently playing a key role in the management and $300 million sale of four Southern California commercial real estate properties.
He is a California Licensed Realtor, California Licensed Contractor and holds a Certificate of Registration with the California State Fire Marshall, specializing in fire safety training.
