In support of its growing investment portfolio, BOLOUR has promoted Jeremy Gumerove to Asset Management Associate. In his new role, Jeremy supports the full lifecycle of BOLOUR assets. He is specifically responsible for lease negotiations and renewals, financial analysis and reporting for BOLOUR properties. He also works closely with the property management team to ensure quality operations and performance of BOLOUR’s assets.
Jeremy previously served BOLOUR as Transaction Manager. His past positions include Associate Tax and Wealth Manager with Aspriant LLC and Senior Tax Associate specializing in real estate tax and transaction advisory for a prominent Los Angeles-based CPA firm.
Jeremy holds a bachelor’s degree in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland College Park and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
